Must have original birth certificate and social security card for all children under 18

All adults must have a photo id and original social security card

Proof of ALL INCOME (children and adults)

Landlord References (name, phone number, and address)

Criminal and credit background checks will be conducted

Humboldt Utility Department Options: $300 standard Bill OR Pay-ur-way

Rent is 30% of your income or flat rate

Rent will be prorated based on the day that you receive the keys
